Online Purchase Return Policy is devoted to 100% customer satisfaction. If any item you receive has any defects, faulty workmanship, or defect due to shipping, will refund it. Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for fresh food items (such as breads, vegetables etc). In some cases we will provide credit on a case by case basis for future purchases. Also we are unable to accept any unsealed health products as returns.


If you need to return any item that meets these conditions, you must notify our Customer Call Center within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please call our Customer Call Center at 773-338-7500 and dial extension 5. Your inquiry will be promptly returned within 48 hours. We will issue a 100% refund, credited to your next order or purchasing credit card. (Minus the actual cost of shipping the order to you, if the return is a result of an error other than ours).


All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original accessories. Pre-recorded media, such as CDs & DVDs must be unopened to receive a refund. Opened media may be returned only if it contains a manufacturer’s defect. If the original is defective, you may exchange these items for the same title if available, if not, exchange credit will be granted for the same media type (CDs for CDs and DVDs for DVDs). We do not offer refund of exchange on items such as Utensils, Vegetables, and Dairy products, Carromboards, Cookers or Roti Makers. return policy does not cover damage caused after an item has arrived at its destination, including spoilage, melting or other damage. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of placing the order. While we strive to dispatch the orders the same day but sometimes it may take up to 48 hours for the order to be shipped from our distribution center due to different reasons like we may be attending to the orders we received before yours, one of the items on your order must be out of stock. However, we always try to update our customers about their order status in case of further delays.

What if I wish to return or exchange something I purchased?

All exchanges and returns can be made within 21 days from the date of purchase with the original sales receipt for a full refund in any location in DFW area. A store credit will be issued if no purchase record is found. Some exclusion applies.


What if I want to return a non-food item or a utensil I purchased?

Utensils & non-food items that are brought back in original condition & packaging can be returned against a store credit within 21 days with original receipt only.

What if an edible product I bought is damaged or contaminated?

Any edible product that may be damaged or contaminated with proof of purchase can be returned for full refund or exchanged within 14days from the date of purchase or the products expiration date whichever is earlier.


For returns of EBT purchased items? believes in equality, we give store credit as refund on your rewards card for returns of EBT eligible items. Some exclusion applies.

Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?

Vegetables, fruits, frozen foods, utensils, dairy products, non-food items & any other merchandise that has surpassed its expiry or is less than 3 days away from its expiration date.
